Please test and monitor accordingly.** ### Overview As of this plugin’s creation, Easy Digital Downloads 3 doesn’t appear include the ability to edit orders in the WordPress admin after they have been created. This plugin adds order editing capabilities to the Downloads > Orders > (order view) interface. That’s all – there is no configuration needed. When this plugin is active, when viewing an order in the admin there should be a remove (X) option next to each item in the order, as well as next to any discounts recorded on the order. Below the order items list, there should also be options to add adjustments, discounts, and downloads. Currently, the process for making changes to an order with this plugin involves removing the item that needs to be changed, and re-adding it with the appropriate modifications. ## Installation 1. Click “Plugins” > “Add New” in the WordPress admin menu. 2. Search for “Order Editing for Easy Digital Downloads”. 3. Click “Install Now”. 4. Click “Activate Plugin”. Alternatively, you can manually upload the plugin to your wp-content/plugins directory. Once you have installed and activated the plugin, access its functionality by viewing orders under Downloads > Orders. There are currently no configuration options available. ## Reviews ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/ad0a990e061c9478581515687f4435b4c1e89741f760d6bf967df3b1a5184b80? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Works great!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/works-great-9509/)󠁿 [Scott Paterson](https://profiles.wordpress.org/scottpaterson/) February 14, 2025 Seems to work great! It's strange that EDD 3 doesn't include this feature, but this plugin works great. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e69de76b07a6a98c6773022eb6ffe22dad74901fc3c83c7ba88c956498e3110e? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Thank you!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/thank-you-3393/)󠁿 [hpr78](https://profiles.wordpress.org/hpr78/) July 7, 2023 1 reply Still unbelievable that such things are not included in a shop system.
